Job summary

PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia) seeks a Nutrition & Wellness Training Specialist to develop and conduct training programs across product lines.

You will create training materials, translate technical data into practical language, and lead sessions during and outside office hours as requested by ABO leaders. You will coordinate with contract trainers, promote product offers, and work with marketing to support product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Nutrition / Public Health.
• Good interrelationship skill.
• Good public speaking skill.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training.

Responsibilities

• Developing and conducting training.
• Create training materials from the data and materials given and translate it into common language or create a new training topic requested by ABO leaders.
• Lead training sessions during working hours, after office hours, or weekends as requested by ABOs.
• Coordinate with Contract Trainers for session prep, reporting outcomes, and post-training sales.
• Promote complimentary product offers at training sessions and report monthly results to Product Training Manager.
• Be familiar with product activities, literature, and merchandising materials.
• Present and demonstrate products as required.
• Monitor stock levels of products for training and ensure availability in training locations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support product launches and training sales.

Nutrition & Wellness Training Specialist

The role is accountable for the following items:

Developing and conducting training

Create training materials from the data and materials given and translate it into common language or create a new training topic requested by ABO leaders,

Accountable for taking the lead in conducting various products training, within working hour and /or after office hour and /or weekend as per ABOs request,

Work closely with Product Training Manager and related stakeholders to be able to provide effective product trainings.

Coordinate with Contract Trainers in terms of preparation of training sessions, reporting training outcome and sales after training sessions,

Promote complimentary products offers at the training sessions and a summary of these sales to the Product Training Manager at the end of each month.

Marketing, sales, and product knowledge

Be familiar with all business line product activities, e.g. sales, critical inventories, promotional and new product launches,

Be familiar with all product literature and merchandising materials,

Be readily available to present and demonstrate various products as and when required,

Be aware of stock inventory level of products within each product line in the area of training conducted, and work closely with Inventory section and Distribution to make sure product supported in training are available in the ADC / APC where training conducted,

Work closely with Marketers to ensure success of the product launch and product sales,

Responsible for any related functions, such as Product Expo, Company and ABO Sales Event, etc. within each product line,

Check and review sales performance of their product line and make any effort to boost sales,

Liaison with related staff for coordination and communication in related activities,

Liaison with ABO leaders on sales performance, and follow up any feedback that might be received,

Working with leaders to find ways to boost sales.
