Job summary

OPPO Indonesia is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our Tangerang manufacturing facility. You will coordinate EHS requirements, drive compliance, and support audits across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in K3 or related field, an active General OHS Expert license, and 1–2 years in manufacturing EHS. You will implement controls, train staff, and manage waste and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in K3 or related field.
• Active General OHS Expert license (Ahli K3 Umum).
• 1–2 years of EHS experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate EHS requirements across departments.
• Manage daily EHS activities, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Identify environmental aspects and workplace hazards; implement controls.
• Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CSR, SMETA, GLOBAL audits and corrective actions.
• Manage environmental compliance and documentation (RKL-RPL, AMDAL, PROPER).
• Develop and conduct EHS training to improve awareness and compliance.
• Conduct EHS measurements, analyze results, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage hazardous/non-hazardous waste and resource usage; ensure proper handling.

Location: Jl Kawasan Industri Bayur, Tangerang (Full WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and coordinate company EHS requirements and activities across departments.

Manage daily EHS activities, compliance, and continuous improvement in line with company policies and regulations.

Identify environmental aspects and workplace hazards, and implement appropriate control measures.

Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CSR, SMETA, GLOBAL, and other audits, including corrective action follow-up.

Manage environmental compliance and documentation, including RKL-RPL, AMDAL, PROPER, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and conduct EHS training to improve employee awareness, competency, and compliance.

Conduct and monitor EHS measurements, analyze results, and follow up on corrective actions.

Manage hazardous/non-hazardous waste and resource usage to ensure proper handling, compliance, and environmental protection.

Coordinate EHS projects and initiatives from headquarters, ensuring effective communication, progress, and implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Hold an active license as an EHS specialist specifically a "General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) issued by the Indonesian government.

Possess strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.

Understand the implementation of EHS management systems and their associated audit processes.

Demonstrate the ability to conduct risk management.

Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and documentation using Microsoft Office or similar tools.
