Job summary

PT Pawon Sentra Tama is seeking a dedicated NPD Project Manager to guide new product development from concept through commercialization. You will drive end-to-end programs, maintain detailed Gantt charts and trackers, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Packaging, Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain to translate market needs into actionable project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years in NPD, product commercialization, or project management in food FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD project lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and trackers.
• Define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and dates.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Packaging, Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Translate market requirements into actionable items for teams.
• Identify delays, risks, and critical issues early.
