Job summary

PT Pawon Sentra Tama is seeking a dedicated NPD Project Manager to guide new product development from concept through commercialization. You will drive end-to-end programs, maintain detailed Gantt charts and trackers, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Packaging, Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain to translate market needs into actionable project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years in NPD, product commercialization, or project management in food FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD project lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and trackers.

• Monitor progress and ensure on-time completion.

Job description

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end NPD project lifecycle, from initial concept or customer brief through commercial launch

Develop and maintain detailed NPD project timelines, milestones, Gantt Charts, project trackers, and launch plans

Define project milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, and target completion dates

Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and ensure activities are completed according to schedule

Manage multiple NPD projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and project visibility

Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Packaging, Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain throughout the NPD process

Translate customer and market requirements into clear project actions and deliverables for technical and manufacturing teams

Coordinate OEM/ODM product development projects from customer brief through product approval and commercial launch

Identify potential project delays, bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and critical issues at an early stage

Maintain accurate and up-to-date NPD project trackers and documentation

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or related discipline

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD), Product Commercialization, Project Management, or related functions within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry

Strong understanding of the end-to-end NPD and product commercialization process

Strong ability to manage NPD project timelines, milestones, priorities, dependencies, and launch schedules

Able to manage and monitor multiple NPD projects simultaneously

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging, Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate project status and identify potential risks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good command of English and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Proactive, organized, results-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
