Job summary

Amartha is seeking a Regional People Partner (HR) to drive high-volume recruitment for Business Partners across Central Sulawesi. You will collaborate with branch leaders to staff operations while ensuring labor compliance and delivering People & Culture initiatives.

Lead end-to-end mass hiring, build pipelines through portals, referrals, job fairs and community outreach, and support HR guidance for managers and employees in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role.
• Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting.
• Good knowledge of labor regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across Central Sulawesi.
• Build talent pipelines through portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Partner with Regional and Branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs and achieve hiring targets.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Enable and drive people-related initiatives that support business objectives.
• Manage employee relations matters and foster a positive work environment.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
