Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a NOC Observability Engineer in Bandung, Indonesia to join SiteOps. You will monitor Dropsuite's cloud and on-prem infrastructure 24x7, perform health checks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with escalation teams to resolve incidents and meet SLAs.

The role requires a diploma/degree in computer science, 3 years in IT support/NOC, and experience with AWS/GCP and monitoring tools. Onsite with rotating shifts in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT helpdesk/ Technical Support /NOC.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as AWS and/or GCP.
• Knowledge of monitoring systems such as Datadog, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and system analysis mindset.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts.
• Open to DevOps and SRE practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and availability of Dropsuite SaaS on cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Perform regular health checks on infrastructure.
• Respond to alarms and alerts; determine escalation need.
• Do first-level troubleshooting and escalate to Level 2.
• Create and track trouble tickets to closure.
• Participate in incident management and SLA adherence.
• Provide status updates and metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
