Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, IT, Electronics or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written & verbal) and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with network monitoring tools/NMS, service alarms, and dashboards under supervision to ensure smooth and efficient network operation monitoring
• Assist NOC Controllers in: Incident/change management handling process; Call out management; Ticker tape/service notification
• Follow SOPs for: Incident handling / Change request mechanism; Escalation processes; Network Operational reporting and closure
• Assist NOC Controller to perform basic health checks and monitoring validation
• Document incidents, actions taken, and lessons learned
• Participate in shift handover updates and daily operational briefings
