Job summary

PT. RJGF International Indonesia is seeking a Senior Pre-sales Engineer to lead pre-sales activities across New Energy and Integrated Energy solutions, including Solar PV, BESS/ESS, EMS, and Microgrid.

You will translate customer requirements into technical and commercial proposals and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams. You will prepare BoQ/BOM, cost estimates, tender documents, and deliver technical presentations, site surveys, and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in project delivery, installation, commissioning, or engineering.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of electrical/power systems and energy storage systems.
• Experience in system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and site project management.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken is preferred.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities for New Energy and Integrated Energy solutions, including Solar PV, BESS/ESS, EMS, Microgrid, and related solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and develop technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, BoQ/BOM, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct technical presentations, customer meetings, site surveys, and solution demonstrations.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Project teams to support opportunities from initial assessment to contract award.
• Provide technical support during negotiations and ensure smooth project handover.
• Lead and develop the pre-sales team and maintain relationships with customers and technology partners.
