Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a New Car Department Head for our financial services client in Indonesia. The role focuses on increasing market share of R4 financing for new cars and guiding the regional business plan.

You will coordinate with Area Head and Branch Head to implement strategy, build relationships with dealers, monitor performance, and lead team development to drive branch productivity and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years in finance or banking; at least 2 years in managerial role.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing New Car Program.
• Extensive networking with New Car Dealers PICs and Owners.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Fluency in English; MS Excel pivot experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share for R4 financing products (new cars).
• Create a comprehensive business plan aligned with Management strategy.
• Coordinate with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 to implement strategy per branch.
• Assist Branch in building relationships with Dealers.
• Monitor strategy implementation at area and branch levels.
• Evaluate business performance of each R4 branch office.
• Coordinate with Area Head and Branch Head to determine corrective steps.
• Establish good relations with old and new dealers for expansion.
• Resolve branch issues to maintain productivity.
• Evaluate performance of Area Head and Branch Head.
• Develop team, strategy, and organizational structure.

Our client is a financial company in Indonesia that provides consumer financing, leasing, and factoring services, mainly for motor vehicles and heavy equipment. It operates as part of a larger conglomerate and helps customers acquire vehicles and machinery.

Job Description:

• Responsible for increasing market share growth for R4 financing products (new cars).
• Creating a comprehensive business plan in accordance with the business strategy that has beendetermined by Management.
• Coordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 to determine the business strategy that willbe implemented in each branch office.
• Assisting Branch in building relationships with Dealers.
• Monitoring the implementation of the business strategy implemented in the area and localbranch offices.
• Evaluating the business performance of each R4 branch office
• Coordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 to determine corrective steps for thebusiness strategy.
• Ensuring the establishment of good relations and good cooperation with old dealers and newdealers as a business expansion.
• Responsible for solving problems that occur in the branch both internally and externally tomaintain and increase branch productivity.
• Evaluating the performance of Area Head and Branch Head.
• Doing development and develop team, strategy, and structure.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of experience in finance company or banking; with at least 2 years of experience inManagerial position.
• Have knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing New Car Program.
• Have Vast networking to Newcar Dealers PIC's and Owners
• Proven competencies in team leading & team leadership.
• Energetic, Innovative, and target oriented person.
• Have a good command in English and ability to work with MS Excel, especially pivot tools, is a goodadvantage
