Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a New Motorcycle Department Head in Indonesia to lead sales across branches and drive dealer relationships. The candidate will report to the New Motorcycle Division Head and steer strategies that boost market share.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years as an Area Head (or 6+ years as Branch Head) in the new motorcycle sector, and proven leadership and negotiation skills to manage a network of dealers effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is required.
• At least 3 years as an Area Head or 6 years as a Branch Head in the new motorcycle industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience in new motorcycle sales and marketing programs.
• Extensive network and strong relationships with new motorcycle dealers and main dealers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across New Motorcycle branches.
• Analyze areas/branches to boost sales productivity across branches.
• Develop programs to build relationships with motorcycle dealers.
• Monitor and control overdue accounts for the network.
• Support resolution of branch/area issues related to New Motorcycle products.

Job Description:

• Ensure the achievement of sales targets across New Motorcycle branches.
• Conduct area and/or branch analysis to improve sales productivity across branches within the assigned area and/or region.
• Develop programs and strategies to establish and maintain strong business relationships with motorcycle dealers.
• Monitor and control overdue accounts.
• Support the resolution of branch and/or area issues related to New Motorcycle products.
• Plan, implement, review, and evaluate the development of team competencies to ensure that team members can perform their duties and responsibilities effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
