Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in network performance analysis and degradation analysis.
• Ability to analyze network KPI trends and establish performance baselines.
• Understand peak-hour network behavior and its impact on service quality.
• Identify regional performance gaps and network anomalies.
• Root-cause analysis based on network performance data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate network performance data into actionable insights.
