Job summary

Protergo in Jakarta Pusat leads Indonesia’s cybersecurity sector, focusing on both defense and attack services. The role centers on monitoring network connections 24/7 across branches, HQ, and data centers, reporting issues in networking, security, and servers, and coordinating maintenance events.

Candidates should have a IT degree, basic routing/switching and IP/networking knowledge, experience with Cisco/Juniper/Mikrotik, and familiarity with PRTG or Nagios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Information Technology or related education IT.
• Willingness to shifting working.
• Willingness to communicate and work in team environment.
• Having knowledge of basic network routing and switching concept.
• Having knowledge about basic IT networking such as IP address and protocol network.
• Experience with networking device e.g Cisco, Juniper and Mikrotik.
• Experience using NMS tools such as PRTG, Nagios and other NMS tools.
• A basics knowledge about server environment and virtualization concepts.
• Having certification CCNA or MTCNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networking connection 24/7 for Branch, Head Office and Data Center.
• Monitor and report any issue with critical environments in networking, security and server systems.
• Manage, coordinating and communicating all maintenance networking events to related users.
• Manage networking devices such as router, switch and server device into monitoring tools.
• Create ticket problem if have incident connection and communicated to related users.
• First layer troubleshooting if having connection failure (e.g check device networking).
• Escalation to provider for troubleshooting physical connection.
• Feedback to related user for follow up closing ticketing problem.
• Create reporting SLA link connection.
