Dayone is seeking a vigilant NOC Engineer to join our Batam team. The role focuses on monitoring, incident response, and proactive network optimization to keep our telecoms infrastructure performing at peak levels.

You will work in a hybrid setup, combining on-site collaboration with remote support, and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure service stability and rapid problem resolution. CCNA is a plus, and a strong analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a NOC Engineer or in a similar network monitoring role.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Familiarity with network monitoring software (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
• Ability to work in a shift-based rotation, including nights and weekends, as required by the hybrid model.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA are highly desirable.

Responsibilities
