Job summary

Chandra Asri Group, through its Shared Service Center, seeks a Network Management Analyst to operate LAN/WAN, internet, and voice/UC services in Indonesia. You will execute complex changes, lead L2/L3 incident resolution, and mentor analysts on network practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IT/Telecom, at least 5 years of enterprise networking experience, familiarity with Cisco/Fortinet/Aruba, SD-WAN, and ITIL processes; collaboration with vendors and regional teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Telecom or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise networking experience covering LAN/WAN, routing, switching, internet, and voice/UC.
Working knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba; SD-WAN; and voice/UC environments.
Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, NetBrain.
Familiar with ITIL incident, problem, and change management.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, ITIL v4 Foundation) preferred.
Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation and coordination with regional teams.

Responsibilities

Perform fault detection, alerting, and corrective action on LAN/WAN and internet connectivity.
Monitor availability and performance using network management tools; tune thresholds and baselines.
Administer and support Move/Add/Change (MAC) on network components.
Coordinate / oversee vendors on LAN/WAN/voice activities; validate vendor work products.
Drive RCA on complex incidents; mentor Analysts and contribute to runbook quality.
