Job summary

PT ANDALAN SERVICE PERSADA seeks a Senior Network/UC Engineer to design, deploy, and operate complex network and unified communications infrastructures in Jakarta. You will ensure service quality aligned with SLA and protect system integrity while delivering reliable voice and data services across sites.

You will lead troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, security controls, capacity planning, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in managing network infrastructure.
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE; Cisco voice certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of switching, routing, firewall, bandwidth optimization, IP PBX, VOIP (H.323, SIP), MPLS, VPN, QoS/CoS, DHCP, NTP.

Responsibilities

• Setup, monitor, maintain, and manage network and unified communication services per SLA.
• Troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and repair.
• Monitor system and security event logs and take remedial action.
• Document problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Monitor performance and implement tuning for related technologies.
• Apply patches on devices and systems.
• Communicate with vendor for requests and troubleshooting.
• Design and implement new network and unified communication infrastructure setup.
• Implement security controls per Corporate Security policy.
• Review design, configuration, capacity, and documentation and suggest enhancements.
• Outage management: notify stakeholders of outages/maintenance.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technology.
• Willing to travel.

Job description

Setup, monitor, maintain, and manage network and unified communication services in accordance to the committed SLA, which includes:

(1) Troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and repair;

(2) Monitor system and security event log and take remedial action;

(3) Documents all problems and resolution for future reference;

(4) Monitor system performance and implements performance tuning for the related technologies;

(5) Perform patches on all devices / systems;

(6) Communication with vendor for request and troubleshooting.

Design and implement new network and unified communication infrastructure setup

Implement security controls in accordance with Corporate Security policy and specific requirements

Continuously review the design, implementation, configuration, capacity, and documentation of network and unified communication infrastructure services and propose for enhancement

Outage management - Notify all related key stakeholder of any outages / maintenance

Research, evaluate, and recommend new technology to enhance and improve the capabilities of network and unified communication infrastructure

Min 3 years of working exposure or experience in managing network infrastructure

Teamwork player, self-motivated, proactive, and fast learning person

Can work under tight pressure and deadline

Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE. Having Cisco voice certification will be a plus.

Good knowledge, experience, and skill in managing/installing/troubleshooting essential networking basics: switching, routing, firewall, bandwidth optimization, flow analysis, IP PBX, voip integration (H.323, SIP), MPLS, VPN, QoS/CoS, DHCP, NTP, etc

Good knowledge and understanding in tracking policy compliance across all the system
