Job summary

PT Sisindokom Lintasbuana in Jakarta is seeking a senior Network Engineer to lead end-to-end SD-WAN deployments, from planning and configuration to handover.

You will design high-level and low-level network architecture, configure OMP, ZTP, VPN/VRF segmentation, and integrate with AWS/Azure, while mentoring peers.

The role requires strong vendor liaison skills, BGP/OSPF expertise, and willingness to travel onsite for enterprise-scale rollouts.

Qualifications

• Min. D3/S1 in Informatics, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred: Cisco CCNP Enterprise (SD-WAN track), Fortinet NSE 5/6/7 SD-WAN, or other SD-WAN certification.
• Min. 3-5 years in network engineering; at least 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN deployment.
• Proven experience as lead engineer on enterprise-scale SD-WAN rollouts.
• Expert in SD-WAN Concept, Routing protocol BGP/OSPF, and hybrid WAN.
• Proficient in SD-WAN security policy, QoS, traffic shaping, and packet capture analysis.
• Intermediate–Advanced in Fortinet Secure SD-WAN (FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer).
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
• Self-driven, solution-oriented, and willing to travel onsite and provide on-call support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SD-WAN deployment: planning, configuration, commissioning, and handover.
• Design network architecture (HLD/LLD) and configure advanced SD-WAN features: OMP, ZTP, segmentation (VPN/VRF), Application-Aware Routing, and cloud integration (AWS/Azure).
• Act as Tier 2/3 escalation point; perform root cause analysis and liaise directly with vendor TAC (Cisco, Fortinet).
• Validate post-deployment performance through failover testing, SLA verification, and application performance checks.
• Produce complete technical documentation: As-Built Config, Network Diagram, SOP/MOP, and Runbook.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; lead internal technical briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Represent the team in technical meetings and present findings/recommendations to enterprise clients.

Job description
