Job summary

PT Nusantara Compnet Integrator is seeking a network engineer to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot customer devices in Jakarta. You will provide technical support within SLA, monitor device performance, and escalate complex issues when needed.

You will also prepare technical reports and proper documentation for ongoing projects. A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required, with a solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSI layers, LAN/WAN, and internet networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, OSI Layer, LAN/WAN and Internet networking.
• CCNA Routing & Switching certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Requirements:
