Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a Dealer Development Specialist to help plan and expand the dealer network in line with company growth targets.

You will evaluate dealer candidates and locations based on market viability and brand alignment, and monitor dealer performance with a focus on sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with marketing, aftersales, technical training, and finance teams to ensure dealer readiness, provide onboarding and SOP support,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in dealer development, sales operations, or network planning in the automotive industry.
• Experience with automotive OEMs or dealers (EV brands or China-based brands) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Willing to travel frequently within assigned regions.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and expanding the dealer network aligned with growth targets.
• Evaluate potential dealer candidates and locations based on market analysis.
• Monitor dealer performance metrics and provide corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure dealers comply with brand standards in sales, showroom, and service.
• Support dealer onboarding, training, and SOP implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure dealer readiness.
• Conduct field visits, audits, and performance reviews of dealer outlets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor networks for network planning input.
• Prepare reports and presentations on dealer performance and development.
• Resolve dealer-related issues to maintain strong partnerships.
