Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site operations management across retail, consumer products or distribution.
• Strong grasp of supply chain, inventory control and logistics operations.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop staff across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of beauty and care product lines across multiple distribution sites within the region.
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and supply chain coordination to ensure product availability and minimise wastage.
• Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics including sales, efficiency and profitability across all sites.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase revenue.
• Lead and supervise site managers and operational staff, providing guidance, training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards across locations.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement and innovation within beauty and care operations.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management.
