Job summary

• Strong understanding of building maintenance, facility management.
• Willingness to travel across branches for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians in daily operations.
• Ensure building, facility, and equipment maintenance is carried out on schedule.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for clinic/retail branches.
• Coordinate repair, renovation, and maintenance projects with internal and external parties.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure readiness.
• Manage maintenance reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Control maintenance budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
