You will collaborate with Inventory & Logistics, Finance, Marketing to implement promotions, manage schedules, stock, and customer experience, while upholding presentation and service excellence across stores.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail operations or store management.
• Experience leading retail teams across locations.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer experience.
• Proficient with POS and retail systems.
• Excellent people management and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical and action-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all stores.
• Manage store schedules and team performance.
• Coach and develop the retail team and support onboarding.
• Monitor sales performance against targets.
• Maintain store inventory accuracy and stocktakes.
• Ensure POS transactions, settlements, returns, and exchanges.
• Implement promotions, pricing changes, and marketing in-store.
• Prepare stores for new product launches.
• Maintain store presentation and customer service standards.
• Coordinate consignment products and reporting.
