Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead its Indonesia operations. The role requires transforming a multi-plant, natural rubber processing business into a high-performance, sustainable enterprise with strong governance and stakeholder impact.

The CEO will own P&L, shape strategy, and oversee operations, finance, and supply chain while building leadership capability and ensuring compliance with ESG standards across Indonesia and regional HQ expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in senior or C-suite roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-site manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong experience in full P&L management, strategy, and governance.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, cost management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience driving organizational change and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute short- and long-term business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Take full P&L responsibility for Indonesia operations and overall business performance.
• Oversee multiple natural rubber processing plants with consistent standards in production and maintenance.
• Drive Lean manufacturing, productivity, cost optimization, digitalization, and automation.
• Oversee Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, HR, Engineering, HSE, Sustainability, and Corporate Affairs.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, government authorities, associations, partners, and communities.
