Bobobox is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure Bobocabin properties operate consistently, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will translate strategic goals into smooth operating practices, deliver excellent guest experiences, and drive operational excellence through data, people leadership, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee revenue growth, guest experience, cost control, and people reporting while coordinating with multiple teams and external partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality.
• At least 3 years of hotel operations experience, including multi-hotel management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with PMS/HMS, POS and Google Workspace.
• Strong planning, organising, and data analysis skills using KPIs.
• Experience developing SOPs and coaching/training.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Grow group-booking revenue with Sales & Strategic Partnership team, from preparation to post-arrival.
• Maximise up-selling and cross-selling (add-ons, experiences, ancillary revenue).
• Build new revenue streams through affiliates and new markets/channels with Special Project team.
• Monitor market demand, competitors, customer insights and site conditions with Market Validation team, and propose actions.
