Job summary

InterContinental 62s Group plc is seeking an experienced Cluster IT Manager to oversee IT systems across Regent Bali Canggu and Holiday Inn Canggu. You will manage installation, maintenance, and optimization of hotel technology infrastructure, ensuring security, uptime, and alignment with IHG standards to boost operational performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years IT management experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-property environments.
• Experience with hotel IT systems like PMS, POS, and Call Accounting.
• Knowledge of IT security, networks, system backups, and recovery.
• Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux systems, LAN/WAN networks, and network security.
• Experience with cloud systems, virtualization, and database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills for IT hardware/software issues.
• Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ability to lead and manage IT teams across multiple properties.
• Experience training staff on IT systems and best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with different teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of hotel IT systems across two properties.
• Ensure preventive maintenance with proper service contracts and schedules.
• Stay updated on IHG-approved systems and technologies to improve efficiency.
• Manage configuration files, monitor performance, and address issues promptly.
• Serve as the main contact for external vendors related to IT services.
• Provide monthly reports on IT infrastructure, progress on projects, and issues.
• Establish and test disaster recovery procedures and ensure regular backups.
• Administer user IDs and access permissions with strong security practices.
• Enhance guest experience by ensuring IT systems support smooth operations at all touchpoints.
• Train hotel staff on IT systems and best practices.
