Job summary

ZIBAA Indonesia is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee multiple outlet operations, ensuring quality, cost control and timely service. The role requires leadership, English ability, and a solid understanding of F&B SOPs and standards.

You will manage shifts, train staff, monitor inventory, and coordinate with Purchasing to minimize waste while maintaining hygiene and presentation across FOH and BOH areas.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as F&B Supervisor Area.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong understanding of overall Outlet F&B operations.
• Proficient in basic costing, food cost control, and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen SOPs, plating standards, and service flow.
• Firm leadership skills with strong discipline and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work in a target-driven and high-pressure operational environment.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Experienced in team management and shift scheduling.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience managing multiple outlets

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure multiple Outlet operations run according to SOP
• Control product quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste
• Control daily stock and coordinate with the Purchasing team
• Organize and ensure team readiness before operations (briefing & closing)
• Conduct team training and performance evaluation
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained according to F&B regulations
• Handle operational issues and product-related complaints
• Prepare daily reports related to sales, waste, and operational issues
• Handling both FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House)
