Job summary

Eatwell Culinary Indonesia is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple dining outlets across Indonesia. You will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and drive sales growth by guiding and developing outlet teams.

You will manage 7–12 outlets, travel as required, and align with our Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wan, and Dapur Solo brands. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FnB area management, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of SMK Or Diploma (D3) in any major (preferably Tourism/Hospitality)
• At least 3 years of experience in the FnB industry as an Area Manager with handling min. 7-12 outlet.
• Experience in Chinese, Japanese, or Indonesian Food Restaurants is an advantage.
• Understand about COGS, setting target and manage outlet existing or new store.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership skills, coaching & counselling.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, planning & controlling.
• Willing to travel around Indonesia.
• Placement in our brands, Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wan or Dapur Solo.
