Job summary

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is seeking a Relationship Manager – Mortgage (KPR) to develop and expand customer mortgage portfolios across premium segments in Greater Jakarta. You will consult clients, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate with developers and agents to hit sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in mortgage sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trusted partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 1 year of experience in mortgage sales or related roles.
• Experience handling high-ticket mortgage transactions (> IDR 2 billion per unit), especially in premium areas.
• Active network with decision makers in Tier 1 developers and premium secondary market players in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek).
• Strong track record of productive yet prudent mortgage expansion, validated by portfolio performance and background checks.
• Professional profile aligned with prospective customers, brokers, and business partners to enhance engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target and results oriented.
• High integrity and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new mortgage customers.
• Provide consultation and tailored housing finance solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, property agents, and business partners.
• Prepare and present credit proposals to customers.
• Conduct preliminary creditworthiness analysis before submission to credit division.
• Ensure completeness of mortgage documents per bank requirements.
• Monitor the credit approval process until disbursement.
• Deliver after-sales service and maintain customer loyalty.
