Job summary

PT Triple-E is deploying and integrating comprehensive monitoring for an AI/GPU data center, covering GPU nodes, network fabric, storage, operating systems, and platform services. The role includes building dashboards, tuning alert logic, and ensuring ITSM integration to drive proactive incident response.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with NVIDIA DCGM, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, plus skills in REST APIs and event-driven architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in observability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA DCGM for GPU telemetry.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
• Ability to collect telemetry via SNMP, Redfish and syslog.
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs and event flows.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure monitoring for GPU nodes, network fabric, storage, operating systems and platform services.
• Integrate facilities events (power, cooling and environmental alarms) into the monitoring platform.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards.
• Define and tune alert logic and thresholds so alerts stay accurate and actionable.
• Integrate monitoring events with ITSM so alerts create and update tickets.
• Automate the deployment and configuration of monitoring.
• Test monitoring and alert flows, and document configurations and runbooks.

Deploys and integrates monitoring for the AI/GPU data center: GPU nodes, network fabric, storage, operating systems, platform services and facilities events. This includes the dashboards, alert logic and ITSM event flows that let the operations team see issues early and act on them.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in observability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA DCGM for GPU telemetry.
