The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in infrastructure support, strong scripting ability, ITSM understanding, and hands-on firmware/driver knowledge for escalation.

• 4–7 years of experience supporting Linux systems, GPU servers, storage, Kubernetes/Slurm or infrastructure platforms.
• Scripting.
• Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management).

• Firmware/driver fundamentals and technical escalation.
