Job summary

AXA Indonesia AMFS is seeking a training professional to develop and manage end-to-end training modules, including TNA, design, development, and evaluation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to organize Train-the-Trainer sessions and support sales-focused training initiatives.

The role involves creating engaging presentations, leveraging AI tools, and working with the Digital Learning team to build e-learning modules and assessments for the Sales Force.

Qualifications

• Proficient in creating presentation materials using PowerPoint and/or Canva; able to leverage AI tools effectively.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills are advantageous.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the confidence to engage audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs including training needs analysis, module design, development and evaluation.
• Manage end-to-end module development and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
• Collaborate to organize Train-the-Trainer sessions for trainers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify business needs, especially for sales training.
• Work with Digital Learning to develop e-learning modules and assessments for the Sales Force.
