Job summary

AXA Group in Jakarta Central seeks a Content Developer to design and evolve training programs that build sales capability across distribution channels. You will translate business needs into curricula and materials for classroom and digital delivery.

Responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, leading Train-the-Trainer sessions, and coordinating with learning teams and vendors to ensure high-quality content aligned with life insurance business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 3–4 year experience related to training or people development, banking, insurance industry.
• Has experience in developing training modules for Sales Force; understands Financial Industry specifically Life Insurance.

• Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure learning programs meet business objectives.
• Lead and facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, including trainer assessments for new products and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Digital Learning team to develop engaging classroom, e-learning, and microlearning solutions.
• Ensure the quality, relevance, and continuous improvement of training content, while coordinating with external training vendors when needed.

Overview

Develop content that is aligned with the business needs with the right level of objectives, various compatible and breakthrough methodology complemented with tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The term aligned with business needs encompass the process in which as content developer on an annual basis they must do a review whether the content is still aligned with business needs and do customization and/or revision when needed. The scope of work specifically for development program in each distribution channel.
This individual will develop curriculum to be used by the training facilitators and/or instructors and training participants.
