Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika in Jakarta seeks an IT Infrastructure/Modern Workplace specialist to implement projects, deploy Microsoft 365, and provide expert customer support.

With at least 2 years in IT infrastructure, you will work with leaders to deliver reliable Modern Workplace solutions and contribute to continuous improvement and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or Modern Workplace roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
• Good communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects per schedules defined by Team Leader or PM.
• Deploy Modern Workspace solutions: install, configure, test Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint per customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Modern Workplace environments.
• Provide high-quality service and technical support to customers.
• Resolve issues related to Modern Workplace solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and end-user support.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful implementation.
• Create and maintain deployment and troubleshooting documentation.
• Continuously learn new and existing technologies to improve solutions.
