Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology is seeking a capable IT professional to provide technical support and administration for Microsoft 365, Intune, and Copilot. The role includes onsite and remote assistance, monitoring service health, and coordinating with users and teams to resolve issues in alignment with SLAs.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft products, with strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Microsoft Associate-level certification is preferred.
