Job summary

PT Diamond Cold Storage (Diamond) is seeking a Supervisor Modern Trade/Key Account Supervisor to drive sales in Makassar and manage a high-performing sales team. The role focuses on expanding visibility, executing promotions, and securing prime placements across modern trade outlets.

The ideal candidate has a FMCG background with at least two years in a supervisory capacity, and strong relationships with national buyers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leadership under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• At least 2 years' experience as Supervisor Modern Trade or Key Account Supervisor in FMCG.
• Strong relationships with national modern trade buyers (Indomart, Alfamart, Lotte, Hypermart, etc.).
• Strong leadership to manage SMD team, assign tasks, guide, and evaluate.
• Target-oriented with negotiation and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales target in modern trade area
• Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance
• Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions
• Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events
• Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
