Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with traditional market business and sales activity.
• Communicative, strong personality, target oriented, self-motivated, adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets in branches.
• Develop and motivate sales force to achieve individual and team performance.
• Develop trade and consumer promotions and manage execution of such promotions.
• Secure visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.
• Create space within venues to attain visibility objectives.
• Supervise marketing events and programs.
• Submit reports periodically and meet deadlines following route plans.
• Develop strong relationships with all accounts.
