Job summary

PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya seeks an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee daily safety, health and environmental inspections across mining operations. You will develop and implement HSE policies, lead incident investigations, and train site personnel to sustain compliance with Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.

You will manage risk assessments, maintain HSE records, liaise with authorities and consultants, and drive a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HSE supervision experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental compliance.
• Formal HSE qualifications such as DIII HSE, OHSAS 18001 or equivalent credentials.
• Demonstrated incident investigation experience and corrective actions.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification techniques.
• Excellent communication and training skills to influence diverse teams.
• Experience with HSE documentation, reporting systems and databases.
• Experience in emergency preparedness and response management.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in compliance matters.
• Ability to work effectively in challenging mining environments; metalliferous mining experience preferred.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5-7 years professional experience in HSE supervision within mining or heavy industrial operations

Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental compliance requirements

Formal HSE qualifications such as DIII HSE, OHSAS 18001 certification or equivalent professional credentials

Demonstrated experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions

Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification techniques

Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams

Competency in HSE documentation, reporting systems and database management

Experience managing emergency preparedness and response procedures

Fluency in Indonesian and English language (both written and spoken)

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in compliance matters

Ability to work effectively in challenging mining environments and adapt to operational requirements

Preferred experience in metalliferous mining operations or similar mineral extraction activities
