PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya (AMJ) is seeking a proven HSE Leader to develop and oversee the implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies across all mining operations. You will drive SMKP management, conduct internal audits, and ensure compliance with mining regulations and environmental standards while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, 8–10 years of HSE experience in mining, and a valid SMKP Auditor certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 8–10 years HSE experience in mining.
• Must hold a valid SMKP Auditor Certification.
• Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations and environmental laws.
• Experience in audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Willing to travel to mining sites.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement HSE policies across operations.
• Lead SMKP audits and manage corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate occupational safety and environmental risks.
• Investigate workplace accidents and environmental events.
• Develop safety training and programs across sites.
• Guide HSE teams at Head Office and site.
• Provide strategic HSE recommendations to management.
