Job summary

PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya (AMJ) seeks an entry-level Environmental professional to monitor and document environmental parameters at mining sites and assist in management plans.

The role involves inspections, data collection, regulatory documentation and collaboration with site teams to minimise impact while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations, particularly those applicable to mining operations.
• Understanding of environmental monitoring techniques and best practices in mining environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis and basic environmental reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and environmental management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from senior environmental staff.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Physical capability to conduct fieldwork in mining environments, including site visits and outdoor inspections.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional expertise in environmental management within the mining sector.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in environmental management or mining operations is advantageous.
• Professional certification in Environmental Management Systems (such as ISO 14001) is desirable.

Responsibilities
