Job summary

PT Multi Global Kiat Sejahtera is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator for the oil and gas sector to manage work permits, compile HSE reports, and implement HSE plans. The role emphasizes strong permit management, reporting discipline, and performance evaluation.

The candidate should have 3+ years in HSE roles within oil and gas, possess a K3 Migas certificate, and be willing to be stationed at various work sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as HSE Coordinator in oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 3 years experience as HSE Officer in oil and gas industry.
• Familiarity with JSA, SIKA, RA work permits and HSE reporting requirements.
• Understanding of HSE Plan bridging and performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of audit systems and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit work permits such as JSA, SIKA, RA and others.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports including DCU, safe working hours, risk management, and others.
• Implement HSE work plans as outlined in the HSE Plan with supporting evidence.
• Conduct HSE Plan bridging and periodic HSE performance evaluations.

Job description

HSE Coordinator for the oil and gas industry responsible for creating and submitting work permits, preparing HSE reports, implementing HSE work plans, and conducting periodic HSE plan bridging and performance evaluations.

Key responsibilities

Create and submit work permits such as JSA, SIKA, RA and others

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports including DCU, safe working hours, risk management, and others

Implement HSE work plans as outlined in the HSE Plan with supporting evidence

Conduct HSE Plan bridging and periodic HSE performance evaluations

About you

Minimum 3 years experience as HSE Coordinator in oil and gas industry

Minimum 3 years experience as HSE Officer in oil and gas industry

HSE Supervisor Certificate (K3 Migas) from BNSP / PPSDM Migas / equivalent

Understanding of HSE report preparation and work permit management

Understanding of HSE Plan bridging and HSE performance evaluation

Understanding of audit systems and ISO

Able to work individually and in teams

Willing to be placed at work locations anywhere
