Job summary

Sinarmas Mining seeks an experienced HSE Lead to develop and implement safety policies and procedures across mining operations. You will ensure compliance with local and international standards, and lead a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, HSE training, emergency planning, and monitoring performance. You will work with operations to embed best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HSE experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Leadership experience managing HSE teams.
• Strong knowledge of OHSAS, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• NEBOSH or Certified Safety Professional is desirable.

• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, Certified Safety Professional) is highly desirable
