Job summary

Nord Minerals in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned engineer-sales professional to drive sales of complex mineral processing solutions. You will verify needs, conduct audits with process engineers, and tailor equipment selections. The role includes technical and commercial negotiations, tendering, and contract signing, plus presenting to customers and collaborating with Indonesian coal, nickel, gold, copper producers. Fluency in English and Indonesian required.

Qualifications

• Higher technical or economic education is required.
• 3+ years of mining and sales experience, focusing on crushing/milling equipment, pump solutions, processing equipment.
• Experience with leading Indonesian minerals companies: coal, nickel, gold, copper and other ores.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with mining equipment and understanding of the mining industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and a result-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales of complex technological solutions for mineral processing plants.
• Verifying needs and conducting technical customer audits with process engineers to improve and optimize processes.
• Selecting equipment, spare and wear parts with the responsible product-lines.
• Carrying out technical and commercial negotiations.
• Holding tenders and signing contracts.
• Working with customers on the area of responsibility.
• Making presentations for customers.
