PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is hiring a Sales Specialist in Mining Sector (Heavy Equipment) to drive business development, manage key accounts, and negotiate contracts with mining operators in South Kalimantan.

You will coordinate with engineering and product teams to design proposals, present solutions, and support customers from initial contact through after-sales service. Travel regularly to remote mine sites and regional offices is required.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in mining, business, or related technical field.
• 3–8 years in B2B heavy equipment sales or mining industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to remote mine sites and regional offices.

Responsabilidades

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, fleet expansion programs, and long-term service agreements with mining operators.
• Key Account Management: Act as the primary commercial point of contact, conducting product presentations and resolving complex client needs.
• Commercial Contracting: Manage offer development, costing logic, risk evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solution-based proposals and provide customer training.
