Job summary

PT Central Abadi Nusantara (HUAYOU Group) is seeking an agile Permit & External Relations Supervisor in Jakarta Head Office to manage mining permits and institutional relations. You will drive legal compliance, oversee IUPs, RKAB reporting, and liaise with government authorities.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in mining permits, a Bachelor’s degree (Law preferred), and strong negotiation skills. English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency are required; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; law background preferred.
• Geology background with permitting experience may be considered.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Mining Permit Management: Prepare and submit applications for new IUPs, extensions, and amendments; ensure permit validity.
• Legal & Technical Documentation: Prepare all necessary legal/technical documents for permitting and compliance.
• Periodic Reporting: Compile and submit RKAB and reclamation progress reports on time.
• Government Relations: Maintain relations with authorities including ESDM, KLHK, and regional governments.
• Status Tracking & Compliance Monitoring: Track progress, respond to revision requests, and monitor compliance.
