We are seeking an agile and detail-oriented Permit & External Relations Supervisor to manage all aspects of company permits and institutional relations. You will be the key driver in ensuring smooth mining operations through strict legal compliance, managing Mining Business Licenses (IUP), handling periodic reporting (RKAB), and fostering excellent diplomatic relations with relevant government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Mining Permit Management: Preparing and submitting applications for new IUPs, extensions, and amendments. Manage and ensure the validity of all mining operational permits.
Legal & Technical Documentation: Preparing and completing all required legal and technical documents for permitting and compliance purposes.
Periodic Reporting: Compiling and submitting periodic statutory reports on time, such as RKAB (Work Plan and Budget) and reclamation progress reports.
Government Relations: Maintaining ongoing communication with relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), and regional/local governments.
Status Tracking & Compliance Monitoring: Tracking application progress, following up on approval statuses, and responding to any requests for revisions or additional information from officials. Conduct comprehensive compliance monitoring.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1). Educational background in Law is highly preferred. Geologist background with strong permitting experience may also be considered.
Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically handling Permits and External Relations.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian mining laws and regulations.
Communication & Conflict Resolution: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze social conflicts and develop mitigation plans.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and verbal).
Work Attitude & Computer Skills: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure. Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
