Job summary

PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (Reswara Group) seeks a qualified professional in Law or Communications to oversee compliance, licensing, and community relations for mining operations in Central Kalimantan. The role requires SMKP certification and solid knowledge of mining laws.

The candidate will ensure regulatory documentation, support community development, and maintain safety standards on-site at PT Piranti Jaya Utama in Central Kalimantan. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Law or Communication with 3–6 years of relevant experience in the mining industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law or Communication with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the mining industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools.
• Certified in SMKP (Mining Safety Management System).
• Strong understanding of mining laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational activities to ensure safety, health, and compliance with mining regulations (SMKP).
• Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly work plans and reports.
• Manage licensing processes, including permit applications and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain and update regulatory and permit documentation related to operations.
• Handle community relations, including issue management and stakeholder engagement.
• Support and monitor Community Development programs and evaluations.
• Ensure implementation of SHE standards and achievement of leading indicators.
• Facilitate access to operational data and safety equipment as required.
