• Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Government Relations, Licensing, Regulatory Affairs, or Corporate Affairs experience; mining industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of mining licensing administration processes (OSS-RBA, RKAB, and other government licensing procedures).
• Strong administrative and document management skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Willing to travel to project sites or government offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Government Relations Manager in managing mining licensing processes, regulatory reporting, and administrative requirements with government authorities.
• Coordinate submissions, renewals, and validity of mining permits and supporting documents (OSS-RBA, RKAB, and other licenses).
• Prepare, organize, and maintain government correspondence and regulatory records for complete archives.
• Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and internal departments to support licensing and compliance.
• Monitor updates to mining regulations and prepare summaries or administrative reports.
• Support government meetings, site visits, audits, and inspections by coordinating documents with stakeholders.
