Job summary

PT. Anzawara Satria is seeking a skilled lawyer to support legal, compliance, licensing, and regulatory activities in Indonesia’s coal mining sector. You will handle licenses, permits, and regulatory documents, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate with government bodies, notaries, and internal teams.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. The role requires diligence, strong research abilities, and excellent coordination to ensure compliance across subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Licensing, or Corporate Legal.
• Mining industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing OSS and LKPM.
• Experience handling corporate licenses, permits, legal documents, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiar with Indonesian corporate, business, and mining regulations.
• Experience monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance across subsidiaries.
• Coordinating with government institutions, notaries, external legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong legal research, analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
