Job summary

PT. Minera Nusa Drillindo in Bogor seeks an HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration in line with Indonesian regulations.

You will prepare employment agreements, explain terms, and manage MCU registrations, BPJS enrollments, time sheets, leaves, and payroll calculations using Talenta and Coretax. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong English, and at least four years in HR, ideally in mining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills.
• 4+ years in HR management, preferably in mining-related industries.
• Good understanding of Indonesian Manpower Law and BPJS processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prepare employment agreements and explain terms to employees.
• Register pre-employment MCU and annual MCU.
• Handle BPJS Labor/Health Insurance registrations via SIPP/Edabu.
• Record daily timesheets, leaves, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain employee database and monitor contract expiry.
• Manage local and national rosters, transport, and visitors.
• Communicate new regulations and policies to staff.
• Coordinate training with Head of Department and providers.
• File employee documents (CV, ID, certificates, contracts).
• Oversee HR administrative functions and Leave procedures.
• Calculate wages (OT, allowances, severance, tax) via HRIS Talenta.
• Input and report Income Tax via Coretax.
