Job summary

Haryono Tours & Travel in Jakarta seeks a talented MICE/Tour Staff to support meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions and curated tour programmes. This full-time role sits at the heart of our operations, ensuring excellent service and seamless delivery for clients and guests.

The role requires a background in tourism, hospitality or events with strong English and Indonesian language skills. Willingness to travel and flexibility with hours are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, hospitality or events, preferably with MICE exposure.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MICE events from planning to post-event evaluation (conferences, meetings, incentives).
• Liaise with clients, venues and third-party providers to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop and implement tour itineraries meeting client expectations.
• Handle inquiries, deliver presentations and provide information on MICE packages and tours.
• Assist in creating marketing materials for MICE and tour services.
