Job summary

AYANA Hospitality in Jakarta seeks a motivated MICE Sales Coordinator to promote and sell event services to corporate clients and individuals. You will build relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service.

You will identify potential clients, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams to craft customized solutions, and attend industry events to network and stay ahead of hospitality trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Based in Jakarta Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients (JSO).
